Multiple accidents leaves 20 injured Along North Carolina Stretch
At least 20 people were injured as dozens of vehicles were involved in a series of wrecks on Sunday evening that temporarily shut down part of Interstate 40 in central North Carolina.
North Carolina Highway Patrol spokesman Jordan Pack told The News & Observer of Raleigh that more than 100 vehicles were involved in the crashes in Alamance County.

The North Carolina Department of Transportation said I-40 West/I-85 South reopened around 11:15 p.m.
