A MAN stopped for speeding told cops that he was rushing to get to a toilet.
Carlos Adonis Ramos-Erazo, 24, was clocked by Lake County Sheriff’s deputies going at nearly 121km/h in a 90km/h zone in the city of Clermont, Florida.
He refused to get out of his vehicle and when an officer went to unlock his door, he said he had to go to the toilet and drove off. He hit the deputy’s arm with the vehicle,The Daily Commercial reported.
Ramos-Erazo followed him and when he tried to get inside his house, he was shot with a Taser.
He was put inside a police car and was being taken to Lake County Jail when he urinated and defecated in the back seat.
Ramos-Erazo was charged with fleeing, battery on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a motor vehicle on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.
He was released from jail after posting $18,000 bail.
